Founded by ex-brewer Phyl La Ferrière (Propeller Brewing Co, Garrison Brewing Co, Rockbottom Brewpub), Duke25 Hops Inc. partners with Houblon DLL, CWG Farm, and select farms across Western Canada to bring brewers the freshest, highest-quality hops in the country.
We grow and distribute premium aroma and bittering hops from Québec and Canada, along with top global cultivars sourced directly from trusted partner farms around the world. 🇨🇦🌎
All our hops are cultivated and processed to industry standards:

Since 2016, we’ve been offering some of the finest hops on the market to brewers across Canada and the U.S. Growing and harvesting hops is more than a business for us — it’s a family passion.
We planted our first hop plants in 2013, harvested our very first crop three years later, and today — twelve seasons in — we proudly farm 32,000 plants on our 32-acre hop farm in St-Édouard, near Québec City, Canada.
Thanks to our partnership with friends in British Columbia, we now have access to more than 72,000 premium hop plants, allowing us to offer a large, consistent, and diverse selection of fresh hops year-round.
Our hops are grown in Zone 4 and Zone 5, ideal agricultural climates for hop plants to thrive, reach full maturity, and produce high-quality cones with naturally elevated alpha acids.
Our fields are built using a traditional trellis system: large poles anchored deep into the soil, connected by top cables running across wide rows. Each cable supports two climbing strings per plant — tied securely at the top and fixed into the ground beside each bine — guiding optimal growth and cone development.
