What is Phantasm? Phantasm is a natural brewing powder made from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, exceptionally rich in thiol precursors. When added correctly during active fermentation, Phantasm unlocks intense, tropical fruit aromas — passion fruit, guava, mango — that hops alone cannot achieve.

Usage Rate 14–28g per 3.5L (0.5–1 oz per gallon) 1–2 lbs per barrel (1.2 hL) Add during active fermentation for best thiol expression. Results vary based on yeast strain, hop selection and timing of addition.
