Citra® Cryo Hops Pellets 2025 are ultra-concentrated lupulin-rich hop pellets produced using the Cryo Hops® process. By separating and concentrating the lupulin from whole-leaf hops, Cryo Hops deliver maximum aroma and flavor intensity with less vegetal matter.
With 20–25% alpha acids and exceptionally high essential oil content, Citra Cryo offers explosive notes of tropical fruit, passion fruit, mango, lychee, grapefruit, melon, and lime. Designed for late additions, whirlpool, and dry hopping, these pellets are ideal for IPAs, Double IPAs, NEIPAs, and hop-forward beers.
